The Real Estate Department of a Top 100 firm is looking for a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join their team.

This dynamic and modern firm has been acknowledged for their flexibility and emphasis on work life balance.

If you want to work as part of a strongand competitive law firm with a market leading balance between high quality work and staff autonomy and staff satisfaction.

You will be working with high-ticket clients predominantly in the private sector (but you will also have exposure to third sector and public sector work)

In this role you will be:

Providing advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence in a broad range of commercial property matters
Supporting the team in delivering the core principles of investors in clients to deliver exceptional client service
Running with their own caseload
Achieving budgeted hours and fees for the year as a minimum
Providing marketing support e.g. writing copy and reports, updating literature, seeking out networking opportunities etc.

To be successful you will also be:

Excellent at legal drafting
Keen to maintain personal development and take advantage of training opportunities
A team player and effective communicator
Good IT and keyboard skills
