Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Falls Prevention Lead/Patient Safety Advisor (Registered Clinical Nurse / Allied Health Professional) to contribute in the development of efficient and effective clinical pathways for patients at risk of falls within Dorset Healthcare university NHS Foundation Trust.

This substantive post is part time 22.5 hours pw.


You will be supported and encouraged to continuously develop and have regular 1:1 support from the Patent Safety Specialist to ensure success within the role.

You will have opportunities to attend relevant study as appropriate.


You will be working within multi-disciplinary, integrated teams and have the opportunity to work across and influence the clinical groups to reduce the incidence and impact of falls within DHC.


This post will suit a dynamic and motivated Registered Nurse/ Allied Health Professional who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in using IT, and adaptable to the changing needs of the service.
