Pay Range:
£12 to £14 per Hour

Shift Patterns:
Part-time flexible shifts, hours weekly

Saint Pauls Healthcare Ltd is actively seeking empathetic and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Redruth, Cornwall.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals with daily tasks and personal care
Supporting the implementation of care plans
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records
Providing compassionate care to ill, injured, and longterm service users
Upholding professionalism and discretion in accordance with healthcare standards
Assisting individuals with longterm health conditions
Collaborating in the assessment, planning, and implementation of interventions for service users with complex needs

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, early, and late shifts
Right to live and work in the UK
