Overview of role:

Are you a motivated, experienced automotive Senior Service Advisor looking to work for an established, dynamic motor retailer, and act as a brand ambassador, supporting a fast-paced business by delivering a premium customer experience?

What you'll bring to the role:

Supervising the front of house service team.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Experience as an automotive Service Advisor
Learn about your customers by building and nurturing relationships. It's the small details that make the difference.
Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts, and sales teams.
