Digital Healthcare System Coordinator

Specification

KCL Digital is expanding and looking for x4 Digital Healthcare System Coordinators initially on a 12-month fixed term contract.


As our client base continues to grow, we are also developing our internal deployment support teams and looking to recruit several Digital Healthcare System Coordinators to work across our NHS client base to support system deployments.


If you are passionate about the NHS and keen to make a difference, we are particularly keen to hear from those local to Leeds and Yorkshire, ideally with NHS experience and knows the local area and wants to grow their career in digital transformation and join us in our Deployment Team at KCL Digital.

KCL Digital provide expert services help deliver digital healthcare solutions.

These services include initiating, delivering and monitoring a managed service programme of works, account delivery and management, parachuting, resource management, head hunting and consultancy services.

Digital projects range from coaching and advice to strategic planning, and end to end project management of technical and non
- technical programmes. We work across private and public sector industries including healthcare, social care and business consultancy.

About You

You will be a great communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, including:

  • Giving demos and presentations
  • Ad hoc training sessions, group, 1:1, in person, virtual
  • Updating Quick Reference Guides, and other documentation
  • Able to articulate complex system information into simple use
Be collaborative and inclusive to bring ownership for our clients early on

  • Able to document logs accurately with consistency and professionalism
  • Work as a team and share information proactively
  • Be passionate about helping people in clinical and nonclinical settings
  • You will be skilled across Office 365 and be familiar with NHS clinical / non clinical systems
  • Ideally a graduate with IT / computer system knowledge
