I am currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Assistant for a client based in Solihull. The role will be supporting the Accounts team in account adjustments and system controls. This is 6-month Fixed Term Contract on a Full Time, Hybrid working basis.For this role, we are looking for an individual with either a Finance or Administration background or an Accounting and Finance graduate.
Experience using Excel is essential for this role.
Some of the duties of this role include (but are not limited too):
- Updating customer accounts in line with company processes and carrying out essential checks.
- Checking and processing BACS payment refunds.
- Consulting with the operations department resolving queries.
- Working towards SLA timeframes when completing the query queue and inboxes.
- Completing positive balance analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.

- Diligent.
- Punctual.
Job Types:

Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£11.50 per hour
