Saturday 8 am
-4 pm, Sunday
10 am-
4 pm Monday - Wednesday *Rotating shifts between 8 am - 8 pm
In Webbers Customer Care we support hundreds of customers with their home moving needs daily.
Whether booking a viewing or establishing a need for a valuation, our Customer Care Specialists provide a vital link between client and branch.
What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be taking calls, helping with queries, finding the solution for clients' needs or you may be looking for sales opportunities.
You'll need to be a great listener; be able to adapt your approach and most importantly be able to communicate and opportunity spot.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with both customer care and sales experience who can demonstrate a proactive approach, initiative and work under pressure.
Job Summary
- Contact new and established clients
- Assist clients with their enquiries
- Book viewing and valuation appointments
- Make outbound sales calls
- Receive inbound customer care calls
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Adhere to call quality guides
Required skills, experience and characteristics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective communicator
- Strong customer service skills
- Telesales or call centre experience desirable
Previous estate agency experience desirable:
- Have a good understanding of the sales process
- Be highly motivated, with a genuine 'cando attitude
- Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required KPI's
- The ability to convey complex product information
- Experience in using complex inhouse systems
- A flexible, cooperative approach
- Show initiative and be a strong team player
