Customer Co-ordinator

Birmingham -B37

Temporary to Permanent

£10.00 per hour

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm

Role responsibilities:


  • Booking employees in for interviews with managers/ directors of the business.
  • Contact, progressing and chasing potential employees to ensure the onboarding process is completed in a timely fashion.
  • Completion of all required eligibility paperwork and documentation
  • Providing high quality customer support and direction
  • Ensuring learners are supported throughout their learner journey.
  • Working towards enrolment KPIs
  • Accurately update and report on employee activity and identifying any issues or challenges

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service/ call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills telephone experience
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to meet business needs.


  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft Software's including Teams.
