Role:

Learning Support Officer (LSO) for Learners with Learning Difficulties &
Disabilities (LLDD) - Non - qualified route


Salary:

Age related minimum wage


Hours:

30 hours per week, Term-Time only; may include weekend and evening work as required. Standard terms and conditions apply.

Job Summary:

We are a fast paced and diverse charity with an excellent track record in partnership working and high-quality delivery.

We have an opportunity for someone to join our team as an non-qualified Learning Support Officer (LSO).

You will receive on the job support and development as well as being given time to study/attend college in order to obtain a L3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.


Learners at R2W College are working towards qualifications in vocational areas, as well as Functional Skills (Maths and English), work experience and a range of enrichment activities.

Learning environments vary between classroom, farm, work placement, café and other vocational sites.
