Description
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are looking for adjusting professionals to complement our adjusting team. We are recruiting a variety of experienced adjusters with existing market knowledge.

For experienced adjuster vacancies, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients' SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.

Monthly settlement and /or financial targets will also be set by your line manager.

Systems training will be available as required and we will also provide appropriate support for remote (home) working if necessary, for both experienced and development roles.

Most of our adjusters adopt a mix of home and office-based working throughout the week which helps support a healthy work/life balance.

The role includes an element of client contact/meetings to discuss complex and technical issues as necessary.

You will also be required to engage and work with various internal and external specialists, so excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate various parties are essential.

When you do spend time in our office, you'll experience bright and open surroundings which offer excellent areas for collaboration as well as desk space.

It's an ideal environment for working alongside and interacting with fellow colleagues.

  • Cert CII or Cert CILA with a commitment to progress with ACII and ACILA qualification
  • Able to demonstrate experience in adjusting through various products including commercial and propertybased losses
  • Comfortable managing time and working under pressure to tight deadlines
- "Roll up sleeves" attitude getting involved directly in the workload

  • Willing to undertake further training to fulfil the requirements of the role
  • May be required to travel on company business adhoc basis
  • Full clean UK driving licence
