Description

The Team Leader will have responsibilities which include training new team members in all departmental processes, and ensuring good work ethics within your team.

You will need to build working relationships with theatre departments across the trust as well as within the department.

The Team Leader will also undertake investigations of non-conformances, mandatory quality checks, and testing, and will contribute to the annual audit process.

The successful applicant will also use QPULSE, our quality management system but all training will be given.
