Brief overview of the role:


We are looking for someone dynamic to join the team working as a digital marketing apprentice while gaining Business experience and to become an integral part of the company.


Working week:

Mon-Fri 9-5pm

Vacancy description:

The primary role will be to assist with all necessary administration duties.

Which will include, but not limited to:

  • General administration duties
  • Answering phone and diverting calls to various team members.
  • Saving data electronically onto the company files held on IT server.
  • Data entry onto various bespoke database software.
  • Creating presentations.
  • Event organising/management.
  • Social and Digital Media Marketing with supported research and training on how to undertake a project
  • Liaising with clients and associates

Qualifications Required:


The company require a bright, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a genuine desire to learn and to build a career.

The company are looking for someone with a positive, highly self-motivating, can-do attitude from someone who isn't afraid to ask questions.


  • You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a brilliant telephone manner.
  • You will be willing to work hard and eager to learn.
  • An interest in Digital marketing in advantageous
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be Creative and Resourceful
  • Be Ambitious and keen to embrace new challenges, with a healthy attitude towards risk
  • Confident and professional
  • Knowledge of Social Media

  • Excellent communication and computer skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent people skills
  • Good working knowledge of Word
  • General knowledge of Excel and Outlook would be useful but not essential

Develop knowledge in the range of concepts, approaches, software languages and techniques that are applicable to Principles of Coding.
