We are currently recruiting to the post of Resourcing Administrator to work within the General Staffing Team.

The General Staffing Team provides services for all general staff recruited to the Trust.

This job role will provide general administration and support as a integral part of delivering recruitment services in order to maintain optimum establishment.


All we ask for:

To provide basic HR advice in relation to general staff terms and conditions, pay queries and recruitment procedures

To assist with the recruitment and selection process for the appointment of all grades of general staff and maintenance of job files for all vacant posts


To produce appointment letters and contracts of employment for general staff and prepare appointment letters and contracts for senior general staff.

The post holder will provide general administration and support to the General Resourcing function.

Provide administrative support to Resourcing Officers.

The post holder will support continuous service improvement and support the delivery of team key performance targets.

To assist with the recruitment and selection process for the appointment of all grades of staff and maintenance of job files for all vacant posts

To arrange appointment panels for interview, book meeting rooms and provide panel members with all required documentation for the interview process

To prepare all documentation and relevant correspondence for applicants, interview panels and the Occupational Health Department, including shortlisting, interview process and appointments

Responsible for checking work permit validity and escalating concerns to the ED New Build Project Lead/Deputy Resourcing Lead;

Ensure that all applicants are recruited in line with the Trusts Recruitment and Selection Policy, NHS Employers guidelines, good practice and legislation.

Provide a proactive recruitment service via Trust applicant management system adhering to KPI's;
Verify required all pre-employment checks via face to face appointments;


Ensure all stages of the recruitment process (shortlisting, interviews and pre-employment checks, upload to ESR) are undertaken in line with KPI's and Standard Operating Procedures.
