You will resolve any system and product related enquiries or issues reported, whilst maintaining or improving relationships. You will provide data analysis support to the Product Support Manager as well as escalate any issues as necessary


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Maintain relationships in order to keep our partner agents engaged;
  • Offer training and product support to users of iamproperty group products;
  • You will use negotiation skills to retain partner agents as part of the network and upsell additional products where appropriate;
  • Liaise with The Product Support Manager to ensure the relevant people are informed promptly of any account management related issues or information relevant to their departments;
  • Understand our markets, and monitor the market for information (keeping upto date with industry publications and research, collating data from our partners and assessing trends
  • 2 years previous experience in either Technical Support, Product Support, Account Management, Sales or Retentions;
  • A strong passion for building productive relationships with partners;
  • Ability to motivate existing clients to generate more business;
  • You will have a talent for spotting training needs and delivering key learning sessions;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
