Position:
SEO Marketing Executive

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 +Commission

Hours:
Monday - Wednesday - 9am - 6:00pm Thursday 9am-5.30pm

Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency who specialise in creating and developing websites and improving their clients Google ranking through SEO techniques.

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who can lead the SEO marketing function.

The business has been operating for almost ten years and have grown very organically. They believe in recruiting the right people with the correct attitude and skills that complement the existing team.

This is evident through the positive reviews of theirservice by clients, as well as the length of service of each team member.

The Digital Marketing Executive is a new role which is required due to continued growth.

The team now needs to expand and for someone to come in and take ownership of how the business helps its clients improve their Google rankings.

The business owners willprovide the conditions for this person to succeed, from allowing lots of autonomy in the role to whatever equipment and software they need to deliver results for their clients.

The office environment is very relaxed and casual. Working hours are split over 4 days which means you get every Friday off. They are located close to the M6 so great for any commuters outside of Preston.

Responsibilities:

Analysing client's websites and how they perform
Identify and uncover issues, recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve organic performance for target keywords
Conduct website crawls, analyse the results, and make tactical recommendations
Create regular search performance reports for client websites
Assist with creating full, indepth technical SEO audits of websites, competitor analysis and backlink profile analysis and inspect website traffic trends such as traffic drops

Experience required:

A minimum of 2 years SEO marketing experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong knowledge of how web pages work and understand key search engine algorithm updates and their implications on SEO
Superb knowledge of common SEO tools
A genuine passion for SEO with high attention to detail and be a strong team player
