Overview
We're looking for a driven and focused Individual to join the team as a Media Executive. The role will include the training required to start your Media career.

There will be a hybrid approach - with theory learnt through courses, training provided by the team, and practical knowledge built up over time with hands-on work in client accounts.

Key elements of the role include:

• Learning fundamentals of digital marketing & customer acquisition. As a Paid Media agency, all of our campaigns have an acquisition goal (new customers, purchases etc.) as your role will be to ensure campaigns are delivering against this
• making suggestions for optimisations & ideas for new tests
• Analysis of campaign performance at a granular level, beyond the first KPI
• Working with the Paid Media & Client Services team to drive client strategy forward to achieve goals
• Managing clients' monthly budgets and providing upcoming forecasts, including month end finance reporting
• Understanding client KPIs, identifying nuances of their services and finding new opportunity for growth
• Regular reporting on campaign KPIs and performance, combined with data analysis to make with recommendations on onward activity and strategy
• Excellent written and vocal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft with a particular focus on excel
• Strong interpersonal skills, and someone who thrives in team environments
• Independent learner, who's driven to develop themselves quickly

Entry requirements

• 5 GCSEs grade A*C/94 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
• Educated to degree level (Desirable)
