I am recruiting an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join a successful family owned and managed business, as they go through a transformation process and rebranding project.

Reporting to the Managing Director this is a newly created role where you willbe tasked with launching a marketing strategy across the business, driving brand awareness and sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Professional to make a real impact on the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Help create and deliver a marketing strategy for the business.
Oversee the rebrand process, ensuring a painfree and impactful transition.
Oversee and monitor the website and digital marketing activity, ensuring we are achieving value for money.
Carry out market research on clients, competitors, frameworks, and other opportunities.
Create high quality content for website, blogs, news bulletins, e shots.
Scope, create and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
Analyse the success of campaigns and report on findings.
Support on Social Value events and activities.
Gather and review key account feedback and tailor new marketing opportunities to suit.
Work collaboratively with other members of the team to enhance customer experience.
Trade show and events organisation and delivery.

Key Requirements
Experience in a similar role.
Self-motivating and very well organised.
Good knowledge of website analytics tools.
An instinct for aesthetics and effective copy.

Benefits:

25 days increasing to 30 with service
