Description
Basic Salary of £40,000 plus car allowance.

We are a busy HMO company converting residential properties to houses in multiple occupation, mainly - 6 bedrooms.

Recently due to article 4 we have moved our areas with Middlesbrough being the main focus.


We are looking for a site manager to run the refurbishment of the properties, attending site daily, overseeing the trades, confirming what materials need ordering, ensuring that each stage of the build is hit on time, meeting with building control and providing daily updates.

Currently there are 10 properties under conversion, this will be ongoing.

Experience in site management is essential, preferably in small HMOs


Salary:
£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Middlesbrough,

North Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Site management/ foreman/woman: 2 years (required)
