Managing weekly meetings with the team and suppliers/projects:

Creating weekly monthly targets ensuring targets are being met by everybody in the team:

Manage all of the new and existing sites and projects:

Experience in Estate agency sales or lettings:

General Office Management and PA duties

Finance -

Experience in accounting software:

Experience in land purchase and conveyancing:

Banking
  • Opening of accounts/management:

Understanding of finance/ funding/ investment:

General company finance knowledge

Contracts/ Legal Matters -

Reviewing and populating contracts:

Dealing with personal issues on behalf of the founder

This role is initially a Part Time position. However, we will definitely be looking at making the position Full Time if things go according to plan.

Salary - Competitive


Job Type:

Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:

£10.00-£13.00 per hour
