We are seeking to appoint a Student Programmes Co-ordinator to work in our Postgraduate Programmes Office within the Department of Marketing.

The role holder will join a vibrant and friendly department, working within a professional team of 6 staff, amongst 43 academic staff, as well as working collaboratively with other departments, faculties and student services across the university.

The role holder will work with key staff to co-ordinate the smooth running of our PG programmes and modules.

Applicants should have HE experience of programme administration and understand issues faced by staff and students.

An ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders; to work flexibly as part of a team as well as independently; to manage and prioritise workload whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Good IT, record keeping and data management skills are also essential.
