IPL Hull takes initiative on providing eco-friendly solutions and pride themselves on delivering products specifically tailored to their customers' needs.

Key products include the "One Nest" stacking crate, jerry cans, Water Butt, composter, kerbside boxes, food waste containers and nestable bale arm trays.


Position Title:
Team Leader**
Location: Hull

The Production Team are looking to fill the role of Team Leader in their Hull facility. The Team Leader will manage deployment of staff to produce targeted production rates. The Team Leader will work on a two week shift rotation, working 12 hours shifts days and nights.

What you will bring to the role:


Essential experience and skills:


  • Deployment and management of people.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures are met.
  • Ensure compliance to EHS legislation and internal risk assessments.
  • Monitoring machine outputs / scrap.
  • Escalate to technical resource in accordance with priority list.
  • Set good housekeeping standards and maintain.
  • Pre shift brief to all staff 10 mins prior to shift staff.
  • Manage a workforce from seven to twelve employees.
  • Organise and manage break cover.
  • Back up to Shift Leader in case of absence.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Good demonstration of people management and development.
  • Good knowledge of production tracking.
  • Ability to assist projects to increase outputs and reduce scrap.
