Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new role? If so, we are looking for someone to support our friendly and fast-paced Residential Development Team based in Cambridge, Trumpington.
Our market leading Cambridge development team have been instrumental in some of the most high-profile development projects in the local area in recent years, advising on many award winning legacy projects.
We are already working on some of the most significant large scale residential and mixed-use schemes planned in the region, and we continue to advise clients on new delivery models to unlock long term value creation.
With Cambridge being a hub for market leading Science and Tech businesses, our development team are leading the way in terms of delivering the homes and infrastructure needed to support this growing sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Help to prepare and draft correspondence, reports and schedules, minutes and agendas
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally on behalf of the team and take notes/messages
- PDF amalgamating/formatting, scanning, printing, photocopying and binding documents
- Organise post/couriers
- Audio/copy typing and minute/note taking at meetings
- Printing, proof reading and binding of documents
- Ensure the client contact database is maintained
- Arrange meetings both online and in person with internal and external personnel (including refreshments and meeting rooms where necessary)
- Organise team corporate and social events/ volunteer days.
- AML (antimoney laundering) processing in line with the Compliance team requirements
- Administration of team's finances
- Arrange travel, accommodation, refreshments, parking
- Comply with Bidwells policies and procedures.
About You:
- A high attention to detail alongside good communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- IT Skills
- A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Maintaining confidentiality and data protection
- Previous experience within property (preferable)
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Strong typing skills
- Experience using Netsuite system
- Knowledge of the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) process
