Your Role
- To gain an understanding of the Symrise business across all departments, working with internal and external colleagues supporting our teams across the globe.
- To successfully support the GADs and also the teams involved within the accounts in order to sustain and improve the Symrise position within GKAs.
- Input, update and follow up of projects in Project Management System, and monitor all customer projects to ensure that quality expectations and timelines are met and followup results with sales.
- Assist with preparing presentation materials for project reviews with customer teams in Europe.
- Supports the execution of the category development plans and Innovation presentations.
- Produce monthly reports from EIS on sales, budgets, forecasts and pricing for Regional / Global markets including other GKA support tasks.
- Work closely with sales, consumer insights, supply chain, category and technical team to ensure flawless execution on projects and to ensure commercialisation of plans are in line with customer requirements.
- General office duties, including managing travel and diaries for GADs and setting up telephone and video conferences.
- Implement agreed pricing agreements and manage pricing data on a daily basis.

About You
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to work diplomatically with clients
- Good organisation skills and the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
- The flexibility and ability to work under pressure within a team environment
- PC literate
- Microsoft Office (Excel advanced)
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market research and data sources
- Ability to use own initiative, as well as be part of a team
