Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor

An exciting opportunity for an MRICS Commercial Valuation Surveyor Join a leading UK consultancy with years of heritage and respect within the built environment at their central London office.

As a key player, and Commercial Valuation Surveyor you'll lead projects across Greater London and the home counties, delivering top-notch service from project initiation to completion.

Role:
MRICS Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Key Responsibilities of the Surveyor:

Build strong client relationships for commercial advantage.
Red Book standard Valuations for Commercial properties
Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events.
Focus on identifying and converting new business opportunities across all areas constantly striving to increase positive brand awareness.
Able to use latest digital reporting methods
Highly motivated with the ability to manage own workload.
Strong numerical and analytical skills

Experience and Qualifications:

MRICS qualified years PQE
Knowledge in Commercial Valuations to Red Book standard
Experience and hunger with the property industry
Full UK Driving licence
Registered Valuer status preferred.
