About the job:
As a salesforce administrator, you'll be part of the Global GWI team that maintains and enhances our CRM and administers our revenue operations tools.
What you'll be doing:
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Handle user support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation and support guides for system changes
About you:
First things first, as a disruptor in the global market research industry, we haven't come this far without entrepreneurial spirit and a get-up-and-go attitude.
Technical:
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform and object model, with the ability to build custom apps, objects, fields, and processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce's automation capabilities, best practices, and order of operations required
- Ability to understand and improve existing Salesforce automations and processes with a proven ability to implement advanced flows, validation rules, picklists, lookup fields, masterdetail relationships, and formula fields
- Salesforce administration experience, with a solid track record of architecting and deploying Salesforce changes and improvements at the enterprise level.
- Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing) experience highly desirable
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Sales/Experience/Revenue Cloud Certifications highly desirable
- Willingness to gain Revenue Cloud certification as part of the job
Competencies:
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills with a strong drive to seek resolution to issues, you'll be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, integrity and standardisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment, you'll be supporting a rapidgrowth dynamic sales team and will be tasked with assessing, developing and implementing new requirements
- Familiar with Sales tools and integrations, you'll be tasked with providing support on key projects, where necessary
