LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading FMCG company business that is looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

Reporting into the Head Of Talent, you will be expected to deliver an efficient & high quality Talent Acquisitionservice in line with the business' needs & growth plans.

This in a permanent role offering flexible hybrid working, 1-2 times a week based in the office in West London


You will need:

  • Overseeing the endtoend recruitment process (including head office functions)
  • Undertaking proactive marketing & sourcing/headhunting to engage with the best talent within the market
  • Liaise with the HR Business Partners & wider team to build a talent pipeline
  • Continuously develop & improve expertise of talent acquisition whilst working with key stakeholders & senior leadership across the business

What you need to succeed:

  • Understanding of the FMCG industry & various HR process within the Talent Acquisition space
  • The ability to work effectively in teams, to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, and a willingness to learn from others
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & workday
  • Able to adapt to a fastpaced environment and manage competing priorities.
