Description

Summer is fast approaching and our popular Cocktail bar will be returning to St. Martins Balcony this June

We are looking for experienced bartenders & mixologists to join the current team

Qualifications:

Bartending and serving experience
Cocktail Experience
Strong hospitality and food safety knowledge
Proficiency in basic math
Previous restaurant experience
Excellent time management skills

Daily Duties to inc:

Setting up / Closing bar area
Keeping cocktail station & back bar area clean and presentable
Serving members of the general public, in a polite manner
Handling cash & card payments on POS systems
Working as part of a team
Keeping seating area clean and tidy

Shift patterns will vary based on the trading of the bar, more shifts becoming available during peak periods.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay:
£9.00-£12.00 per hour
