Description
We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to job share and join the team. We are a 40 bedroom Hotel in the heart of Wiltshire set in 14 acres looking over bath valley.

  • You will be a hospitality professional, passionate about cleanliness and delivering exceptional levels of service
  • You will be a Housekeeping Supervisor looking to make your first step into a management position or an existing Assistant Housekeeping Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge.
  • Ability to produce and analyse reports to drive the performance of the department
  • Highly motivated and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Commerical acumen and industry knowledge
  • Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training to maintain consistent service standards
  • Experienced user of Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office preferred.
