ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for providing a comprehensive utility bills recharge service to tenants and leaseholders.
- Work closely with Finance Team and the budget holder to ensure adequate annual accruals and profiling of spend against budgets is completed within the specified time frames.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure that meters are read regularly whilst monitoring and investigating the Flat block's energy consumption and acting accordingly.
- Provide a consistent approach to scrutinising and challenging utility invoices with providers and the lead on reviews and developments of any new policies and procedures relating to utility charges management.
