IM&T Coordinator - Demand Management

What you'll be doing:
- Assist with Service queue management supporting Demand and Service processes to ensure requests are progressed timely with appropriate approval and prioritised effectively, utilise dash boards and reporting to improve performance with key metrics
- Liaise effectively and confidently with the Business Customers and teams within Information Management & Technology and IT Suppliers to deliver positive outcomes
- Conduct basic business analysis, problem solving
- Assist with activities generated from the demand and Outsourced Services processes
- Provide good Customer Service managing customer/stakeholder expectations, ensuring relationships are developed and enhanced
- Support continually improvement seeking improvement opportunities for service, knowledge, productivity, quality, and cost reduction
- Provide general support involving administration and office skills including spreadsheets/Microsoft packages
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- IT Service experience (Request/Incident, etc.)
- Use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Business Analysis/Demand Management experience
- ITIL Service Management Qualification
- ServiceNow Processing/workflow of tickets

The Outsource Service Product Team:
The Outsource Service Product Team are responsible for the successful delivery of the IT Outsourcing arrangements we have in place.
You will liaise with customers and with IM&T Product Groups & IT Outsource Providers to understand requirements and manage progress through to implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a varied role and will provide you with the opportunity to learn new technologies and their implementation process which could lead to further development opportunities within the business.
