The Role:

• Support senior/principal consultants and the Director in identifying and developing new business relationships.
• Consulting clients on the recruitment process and responding to their needs.
• Supporting the recruitment process from interview to offer.
• Offer management and negotiation.
• Networking to build business information.
• Learning and developing sales and marketing techniques to develop networking and business development techniques that attract business from client companies across the UK and worldwide.
• Working in a closeknit team to ensure all opportunities in the market are explored and delivered on to maximize revenue into the business.

What We Are Looking For:

Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships; Notable achievement (could be sports/academic/work); Resilience; Target driven; Competitive spirit; Good negotiation skills, Organized, Pro-active, Collaborative and with Bachelor's Degree.
