Spinal Homecare are looking to recruit a team of live in care assistants (PA) to support our clients.

THE ROLE
One client is a male in his 40's, friendly and family orientated and will be good to work with.

He is looking for a small team of Live in Carers to support him, working two weeks on two weeks off, on a one to one basis during the day with double ups taking place in the morning and with the night time routine.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

This will be a really varied role which will include personal care, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry but also during the day you may be accompanying him to access the community.

At night he will need help such as turning over. This is usually twice or three times during the night.

He has asked that all applicants will need to be reliable, honest, and hardworking, have excellent written and communication skills and a safe, confident car driver.

They will need to be practical and organised, have a can do approach, be adaptable and all must be willing to deal with personal care, have a good sense of humour and preferably have experience of using a hoist (or willing to learn) and be confident in this.
