Senior Receptionist - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

£14.15ph, 32 hours per week

Vets Now are the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, providing a trusted service to more than 1400 veterinary practices - from dedicated out-of-hours clinics and three 24/7 pet emergency hospitals.

You will be joining a dedicated team of Vets, Nurses, Animal Care Assistants, Receptionists in our 24/7 emergency and specialty referral Glasgow Hospital.

The Vets Now Pet Emergency Hospital in Glasgow provides both a first-class referral service and an out-of-hours emergency service for veterinary practices in and around the Glasgow area.


Be part of the state-of-the-art hospital providing the highest standard of pet and client care


You will provide reliable reception and administrative support to the Hospital; by ensuring the reception team receives and manage phone calls, welcoming clients and their pets, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Working within a strong team dedicated to delivering a high standard of client care working closely with Hospital Relationship Manager


Working pattern
4 days over Monday to Friday, working hours between 07:00 to 21:00
