Description

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers to assist with enquiries and provide information on products or services
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Manage Xero including reconciling and updating contacts
  • Support in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist in organising meetings
  • Liaise with web designers on web contents and promotions.
  • Work with suppliers to promote products.

Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is advantageous
  • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
This role requires someone who can work independently and use their own initiative.
