Job Title - Professional Practice Support Assistant

Rate

Location - PGMC, Colchester Hospital, Turner Road, Colchester CO4 5JL

Ward - Professional Practice Team

3 days totalling 22.5 hours per week

08:00 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 16:30
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Professional Practice team


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Preparing and updating documentation for courses in a timely manner (to include course registers, evaluation forms, flyers, training documents). Including setting up and maintaining, excel spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Act as first point of contact for telephone enquiries
  • Provide printing, photocopying, laminating and binding service.
  • Ensure timely reminders sent to course delegates and facilitators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Education and Training database
  • To ensure sufficient stocks of training materials prepared
  • Ensure that incoming and outgoing post is managed efficiently.
  • Maintenance of levels of stationery supplies
  • To input service evaluation data
  • To support the Professional Practice team with collecting and inputting of data for audits to produce reports
  • Contribute to the development, ownership and achievement of professional practice team objectives.
  • Provide crosscover for key work areas for other administration assistants
