Classroom Recruiters, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in Derby and the surrounding areas.

This role involves covering for class teachers during their planned or unplanned absences, providing an excellent opportunity for those passionate about working with children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

Cover classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Take the register and manage the class effectively.
Offer support to students when needed.
Implement and follow the school's policies and procedures.
Develop good relationships with students and staff.

Requirements:

Passion for working with children and young adults.
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to work on a daytoday basis, with potential for longterm assignments.
Availability to cover unplanned teacher absences.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
