Description
This public sector client is looking for a a Lead Technical Writer to contribute additional knowledge relating to the 'IT operations', 'Quality Assurance Testing (QAT)' and 'Technical' job families.
This is a 6 months contract, and most of the work willbe remote (Once a month in London, Bristol or Manchester).
As part of a multidisciplinary agile team, you will work with the Senior Content Designer and Senior User Researcher to review, redraft and user test a large set of digital, data and technology (DDaT) skill descriptions.
You will:
- Streamline the skills catalogue (all skills, all roles)
- Support and respond to user testing
- Help to develop the content validation and publication process
