Full time available

Office hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Purpose:


Main Areas of Accountability:


  • To take telephone calls and answer all owner / guest enquiries and obtain information where necessary
  • To create bookings with accuracy, identify any problems or issues with these reservations and escalate to the Customer Service Manager where you are unable to resolve them immediately.
  • Process and collect relevant details required with accuracy.
  • To contact clients with any queries that may arise from booking forms.
  • Maximise all potential rental bookings by adopting the "Never Say No" policy and where possible switch selling to alternative dates/properties.
  • To keep the database up to date by checking all information held when communicating with customers and updating as and when required.
  • To liaise with Resort Staff and provide assistance when required.
  • To maintain good working relationships with all Resort Managers and external partners by ensuring consistent and clear communication.
  • To process credit card payments with accuracy
  • To prepare accurate checkin lists to ensure resorts have complete and timely information on arrivals
  • Carry out all duties assigned individually
  • Be willing to help wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service
  • To comply with all policies and procedures as written in the Employee Handbook
