Customer Service Adviser
Reports to:
Customer Service Manager

Office hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Purpose:
Main Areas of Accountability:
- To take telephone calls and answer all owner / guest enquiries and obtain information where necessary
- To create bookings with accuracy, identify any problems or issues with these reservations and escalate to the Customer Service Manager where you are unable to resolve them immediately.
- Process and collect relevant details required with accuracy.
- To contact clients with any queries that may arise from booking forms.
- Maximise all potential rental bookings by adopting the "Never Say No" policy and where possible switch selling to alternative dates/properties.
- To keep the database up to date by checking all information held when communicating with customers and updating as and when required.
- To liaise with Resort Staff and provide assistance when required.
- To maintain good working relationships with all Resort Managers and external partners by ensuring consistent and clear communication.
- To process credit card payments with accuracy
- To prepare accurate checkin lists to ensure resorts have complete and timely information on arrivals
- Carry out all duties assigned individually
- Be willing to help wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service
- To comply with all policies and procedures as written in the Employee Handbook
Key Skills:

- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to suggest and implement improvements
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to attend suitable training course e.g. first aid, customer service skills etc
