In our Birmingham Branch we service the automotive sector and we are one of the largest and fasted growing specialist technical engineering recruiters in the UK.
Due to a significant increase in requirements by our clients, the Birmingham Branch are now seeking to strengthen our team of Recruitment Consultants.
Experience
The environment is lively, outgoing, fast paced and fun If you have some previous sales skills that would be a bonus however not essential as we will provide full training to help you launch a successful career as recruitment consultant.
The Role
We will provide full training on all the key skills required to run a successful recruitment desk including:
- Managing your sales pipeline
- Building relationships
- Creating marketing materials etc.
- Managing a database
