IN2 Consult, Senior Client Accountant, Fitzrovia, 1 Day in Office, £45-50k - Part Qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA)


IN2 Consult are currently working with a rapidly growing & market leading real estate business who are looking for a part qualified or studying Senior Client Accountant join their team on a permanent basis.


They are looking for an eager & ambitious individual with a good understanding of client accounting and the right attitiude and leadership skills to manage 1-2 junior members of staff.


The client offers the opportunity for 4s day per week remote working and provides full study support for AAT, ACCA & CIMA.

An overview is below;

Day to Day;

  • Managing a commercial property portfolio
  • Managing 12 direct reports
  • Service charges, rents & recharges
  • Raising charges to tenants & clients
  • Assisting with the year end close
  • Service charge cash reconciliations
  • Analyse monthly client & tenant bank accounts
  • VAT Reports
  • Cash Flow

Background

  • Part Qualified/Studying AAT ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Experience with TRAMPS & Yardi Voyager
  • Confident & Good Communication Skills
