The Operational Office estate team provides exceptional customer service to our professional clients, KCC staff and members of the public that attend our estate.

We are committed in providing a high standard of office facilities and environment to our staff, helping them have the right tools and space to be able to carry out their service for the Council.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
