Job Title:
RE Teacher (Long-term)


Location:
Rotherham


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective RE lessons.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Attend and participate in department and school meetings.
  • Have proven experience teaching RE in a classroom setting.
  • Have strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Possesses a valid DBS and QTS
  • Have experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and
  • Be an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for education.
  • Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.


To be considered for the role you will need to have a DBS on the update system of be willing to buy one, relevant teaching experience and qualified teacher status.
