CONTRACTS MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a market leading fencing company based in Teesside who specialise within the fencing and construction industry

CLIENT DETAILS
Our client is a well-established Commercial Fencing Contractor, who have been specialising within this industry for over 30 years.

Operating within the business-to-business sector of the North-East, they operate for a wide range of clients such as Petro-Chemicalplants, Housing Associations, Construction companies to educational commercial properties.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?

  • You will be tasked with completing onsite surveys on a consistent basis
  • It will be your duty to carry out relevant estimating to respective cost enquiries
  • It is your duty to follow up enquiries and successfully develop new business for the company
  • It is your duty to manage contract budgets successfully
  • You will be tasked with managing all site operatives on a day to day basis
  • You will be tasked with managing plant and plant hire
  • You will be tasked with all Risk Management / Health & Safety Compliance documentation preparation on a consistent basis

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience within managing contracts (Anything construction or fencing based is a bonus)
  • You must have the ability to be able to manage and develop key accounts
  • Be wellorganised, selfmotivated with an enthusiastic attitude towards the sales process. Possessing a strong sale minded attitude is a necessity.
  • Fully comfortable and confident with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft, Word and particularly Excel
  • Have a strong desire to pursue a career in Contracts Management
