Marketing and Social Media Executive
Looking for a part-time, permanent opportunity to put your social media and marketing skills to use while contributing to a growing and innovative company? Our client is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Executive to join their team in their Peterborough office.
In this role, you will be responsible for development of all social media and marketing activity to help the business continue on their upward trajectory, ensuring the marketing processes are efficient and effective.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director/Principal Consultant during the early stages of the marketing process and with Senior/Principal Consultants during the sales process.
With a flat organisational structure that emphasises collaboration and support,you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the team.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media and promotional strategy for all training programs
- Manage all marketing channels for the business
- Identify potential prospects for training or other services
- Promote all training courses across multiple platforms
- Maintain a training course programme
- Manage all documentation associated with each training program
- Organise training course venues and logistics
- Prepare proposals for consulting work, based on Senior/Principal Consultants scoping and costing
- Monitoring social media analytics, number of training delegates, number of proposals, value, conversion rate, etc
- Assisting with the collation of data for monthly team meetings
- Experience within a social media/marketing role
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and utilising it to promote a business, build personal brands, and prospect potential customers
- Experience in web development would be beneficial
- Microsoft office including excel, word, outlook, Teams, etc
- An ability to work in teams in a busy challenging environment is important
- Parttime, permanent role
- 20 hours a week across 5 days (this is negotiable)
