The role:

Integral to our client's digital revolution is a capable CRO Specialist that will engage with end-to-end conversion rate optimisation strategies, testing and the personalisation roadmaps and more.

In addition, you will be an integral part of our client'sCRO programs, developing and/or identifying opportunities to increase conversions of the brand's portfolio.

Key skills needed:

Relevant commercial experience in in conversion rate optimisation on relevant personalisation software
Thorough understanding of key elements that impact conversation (customer journey management, website personalisation)
Familiar with planning, running and delivering optimisation projects
Strong google analytics skills
Comfortable juggling multiple workloads and time managing
Skilled at using user testing strategies to drive decision making and product improvements
Commercial experience in eCommerce
Experienced with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
