Description
To oversee the seniors/care staff are carrying out their duties. Ordering and booking in of medications. Doing monthly auditing of medication. Ensuring inductions for new starters are done. Overseeing the smooth running of the floor. Observations of seniors and care staff. Care planning is kept up to date. Must be confident in leading a team, showing good leadership skills. Ideally previous experience in the care sector would be helpful, but training will be provided. Must have had both covid injections for the protection of our residents.


Salary:
£11.50-£12.00 per hour

LFT tests are carried out weekly for staff.


Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
