Behaviour Mentor - Lewisham, South East London

Responsibilities include:

Supporting students with SEMH and EBD in their academic and social development
Developing and implementing individualized behaviour plans for students
Providing guidance and support to students and their families
Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
A background in education or a related field
Experience working with students who have SEMH and/or EBD
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well in a team and to adapt to a fastpaced environment
