Overview:

Our Sports and Entertainment division within Gallagher Specialty are looking for a Junior Broker to join their broking team.

You will be working on either sports or entertainment insurance accounts negotiating and presenting risk to insurance underwriters.

This is an exciting position for someone with a lot of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, who is looking for an opportunity to develop their career in the insurance market.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop knowledge and competence through performing essential work assignments within Gallagher.
  • Your role will play a key part in supporting senior brokers/account executives Has both account management and production responsibilities
-hybrid role.

  • Has both renewal/retention and new business goals.
  • Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Experience within an insurance role, open to backoffice London Market or regional insurance market
  • Highly motivated
  • A good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills
