Overview:


We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients in the Education industry.


Hours:
Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm Fri 9am - 4pm. Half hour lunch.


Benefits: 22 days holiday plus statutory holidays, birthday day off, training and development, employer contributed pension, annual reviews, friendly environment.


Duties:


  • Utilize CRM software to input customer data and track interactions
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate training courses products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist at trade exhibitions, conferences and courses to promote company products and services

Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and telephone skills
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to analyse customer information and provide suitable solutions
  • Confident in taking incoming calls and making outbound calls

Pay:
£11.44-£12.00 per hour
