We are now looking to recruit a
QHSE Advisor
. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company with development opportunities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for conducting the environmental, health and safety performance and identifying risks or areas for improvement as well as investigating environmental or safety incidents.
Preparing investment proposals based on audit findings of
QHSE aspects when requested (in accordance with Plant Manager) and legal responsibility for
QHSE incidents in the area of activity.
Realisation of investments regarding sustainability activities. Setting standards / methods / guidelines outside of the framework set by Group SUS.
Advise management in terms of all safety, health and environmental issues.
Monitor and evaluate the organisation's overall QSHE performance to identify recurring problems and recommend changes to systems or processes that will improve the organisation's QSHE performance.

Other duties include:
job safety analysis, risk assessments, root cause analyses of
QHSE incidents.

Knowledge and skills

Solid working knowledge of: ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001 & Feed standards.
Have accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to Integrated Management Systems.
Ability to work in a crossfunctional team, in multicultural environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to solve conflicts.
